Best Tasting Brownie from Scratch Recipe
Best brownie from scratch
Why brownies from scratch
I went on a quest to make great brownies from scratch. I could always whip up a decent batch from a box, but most recipes I tried were not as tasty as the box mix type. It all changed for me when I used unsweetened real chocolate squares, instead of the powdered chocolate.
My husband being a conosur of what the ultimate brownie should taste like, has given me the thumbs up for this recipe. I hope you get a chance to make a batch, let me know your opinion.
For good baking results it is important to mix dry ingredients separate from wet ingredients before combing. Always hand beat, so not to have a tough brownie. Baking is actually very scientific it's more than putting ingredients together, how and when you put them together, makes a big difference.
